MUGWORT {liath lus} :: an ally for dreaming, threshold work & gender fluidity. A friend to deepen our connection to queer ancestors and other astral beings. A hand to hold when dipping through underworld portals or into shadow work. For presence in both waking & dream worlds a bit of mugwort under a pillow or near the bed has been used to aid recall of vivid or lucid dreams.
